We've been coming to Laughlin for years and either stay at the Tropicana or Harrah's (we are Caesers Rewards members). We chose Harrah's for our last trip. Check in was fine, quick, staff was pleasant.Our room was in serious need of deep cleaning and/or remodeling. We recently stayed at Harrahs in Laughlin and had a wonderful time. We had an awesome riverview room on the 12th floor. The pool and hot tub were great fun every morning. We ate most at the Beach Cafe as the portions are so large we shared and saved lots of money to have fun with. The service in the Casino was excellent, top notch.
